Returned Items Terms & Conditions
All returned items will be provided with Store Credit Only.
This does NOT effect your statutory rights.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise, with the original tags attached from UK customers. We cannot accept returns for any jewellery, lingerie or swimwear.
All returning items will be provided with store credit. You may place an order for your desired item using a store credit code, this will be sent to you via email as soon as your item is received back in our warehouse.
We currently do not accept returns of items shipped outside of the UK due to Custom Charges.
If you would like to return an item please email email@example.com so we can send you our return address. In both the email & return parcel you must provide your order number, name and email address so that we can swiftly contact you without delay.
All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to the sender.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, we recommend using a track and trace method of shipping as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit when being returned to us.
Your original order form MUST be included when returning any items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of any smells. Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up. Items must be returned in original packaging, and have all original tags attached.
All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your item.
We do not accept returns for sale items. Any final SALE items which are attempted to be returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.
Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the origional order. The code provided can only be used online via our website ~ www.laradeluxeuk.com
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned, and you have been issued “Store Credit” as a refund method.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit has no expiration date & is provided in Great British Pounds (GBP).
If you recieve faulty goods e.g manufacturing faults; please contact us via email ~ firstname.lastname@example.org
Faulty items are eligable for a full refund including return shipping. The return parcel must be posted using the Royal Mail service we quote you in our response email. (This will be caluculated from Royal Mail’s pricelist according to your parcels weight and dimensions) we can then refund this to you without any problem.
Please note, all jewellery is double checked that clasps etc are all working and the items are in mint condition before sending. They are well packed and protected parcels. Therefore we do not accept returns for any jewellery which the customer claims is faulty. Jewellery items are delicate and must be handled with care so we cannot be responsible for any damages to the jewellery made by the customer.
